Please note that we currently sell hats only to business customers (wholesalers and retailers) who have a registered and active account with us.

Order minimums

Minimum order of one (1) dozen of the same style, size and color is required.
Order increments of 12 pieces (1 DZ) per SKU of style, size and color is required.
Styles may be combined to receive the next column pricing.

 

Shipping (Based on Stock Availability)

Orders placed by 11:00 AM will ship out the same day unless otherwise advised.
All orders are shipped FOB Anaheim, CA by designated UPS, Fedex or designated forwarder.
Insurance and COD charges (when applicable) will be added to all shipments.
You will be advised of any delay to your order.

 

Terms

New account orders are shipped COD cashiers check, money order or only major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover).
Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 service charge.
Net terms and/or COD company checks accepted with approved credit application.
Terms are net from date of invoice.
We reserve the right to revoke credit terms at anytime.

 

Claims and returns

Returns will not be accepted unless there are shortages, damages, or incorrectmerchandise caused by Flexfit House.
Claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise caused by Flexfit House must bemade within 5 days upon receipt of goods.
Headwear must be inspected before embellishing. Customers are responsiblefor verifying style, color, size and quality of headwear.
Embroidered or printed headwear are not returnable.
Under NO circumstances are we responsible nor will we incur embroidery costs on incorrectly ordered goods being returned, no matter the reason.
No returns accepted without a return authorization number (RMA#) and must be returned to our warehouse no more than two (2) weeks after receipt.
Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.
All refused C.O.D shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges.
Absolutely no cash refunds.

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Flexfit House assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable if price change notifications are not received.
Samples are subject to a surcharge and are not refundable.
