No, we are currently not allowing back orders for online purchases.

flexfithouse.com accepts credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) and PayPal. For all other payment options, please order by phone or email.

• We do NOT accept returns, unless there are product defects or errors on our part. "No longer needed" or "Changed my mind" are not acceptable reasons and are not eligible for returns.

• To process a return, please call or email us.

• No returns accepted without a return authorization number (RMA#) and must be returned to our warehouse no more than two (2) weeks after receipt.

• Claims for shortages, damages or incorrect merchandise must be made within five (5) days upon the receipt of goods.

• Headwear must be inspected before embellishing. Customers are responsible for verifying style, color, size and quality of headwear.

• Embroidered or printed headwear are not returnable.

• Under NO circumstances are we responsible or will we incur embroidery costs on incorrectly ordered goods being returned, no matter the reason.

While most orders placed before 11 am pacific time will likely ship out the same day, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process and ship. If there are any further delays, we will notify you.
